CHARM HOUSE TOUR, May 19 (the Sunday after Mother’s Day)
This year, Village Laguna presents “A Century of Laguna Charm,” featuring 5 homes in North Laguna, from one of the earliest cottages (1918) through a mid-century modern with an extraordinary garden to a beautiful contemporary. In 1864 James Irvine purchased Rancho San Joaquin, thousands of acres north of what is now Laguna Canyon Road. In 1906 he sold a small part of this ranch which became the neighborhood of North Laguna with its beloved tree-lined streets and bungalows.
